A former Pentagon Chief of Staff and Assistant Secretary of Defense, for six years Rosenbach led the Department of Defense on cyber issues, including during high-profile attacks on the United States by Iran and North Korea. He’s also a former Army intelligence officer and commander of a telecommunications intelligence unit, serving in Bosnia and Kosovo.
